Project Title: GST PAF Coding

ANZ required an online training package to help staff identify the process steps required to select the correct GST code for expenses. This in turn enabled the GST team within the Business Unit to claim back credits. The training used scenarios, learning activities, questions and other adult learning techniques to show the impact of incorrect GST coding, the correct process to choose the correct GST code and additional reference material to assist in the coding process. The results of the training are tracked back to the ANZ etrain LMS.
