Project Title: BusinessLine Options
Telstra required Sales Consultant training for their BusinessLine product range.
Scenario-based training was developed that simulated three different conversations between Telstra Sales Consultants and customers. This helped to guide the consultants on how to best handle the customer's queries for this product.
