Who holds the master source files?
We maintain two master copies of completed project files. One is kept offsite. A copy of the master files can also be supplied to the client upon request.

Can the training be used with a group of people?
Presentation style (fully narrated) training can be used to train a group of people. The training can be run from a projector or delivered on DVD and played on a TV. Questions can be answered as a group, or individually using an answer sheet. A registration form will be required. Self paced (text based) training is generally unsuitable for training a group.

Is there a register of people that complete the training?
The training can be configured to record results to a database. To do this training will need to be hosted on a server with ASP, PHP or Coldfusion. Your IT department will become involved in the implementation process. The user will register for the training. Results will be stored in the database upon completion. Reports can be generated internally as required.
