Sign Offs

During development the client will be given regular releases of the induction training for comment/review. At specific milestones in the development process the client will be required to sign off the work. The sign offs typically include:

  • Script
  • Questions
  • Specifications
  • Interface design
  • Prototype
  • Release version

By approving key aspects of the project the client maintains control over quality, creativity and direction.

Project Plan

A project plan will be submitted upon project commencement.

Project Status

The client will be given access to a web site to view progressive development of the induction training.

Project Meetings

Project meetings will be conducted as required.

Client Responsibilities

Each induction project will require input from a client representative. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide a purchase order
  • Provide all requested content in electronic format
  • Provide access to subject matter experts where required
  • Assist with image capture/collection
  • Approve any variation to the original project specification
  • Resolve project issues
  • Sign off required stages of the project
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within project timeframes
  • Complete client review & submit any change requests
