Situated south west of Singleton NSW, the Bulga Coal mine in conjunction with the Beltana mine produces approximately 8 million tonnes of saleable coal each year. Bulga Coal engaged Instant Recall Australia to build a visitor induction to educate visitors of the many dangers inherent to an open cut mine and the safety practices in place to protect them whilst visiting the site. The induction solution runs approximately 15 minutes incorporating maps, diagrams, photos, animations and a quiz to test the visitor's understanding. The results of the induction are automatically recorded on the company's database.
