Instant Recall Australia was contracted to create an induction program to replace the current facilitator induction. With an audience of 15,000 across 50 hospitals, the solution was an Intranet based induction delivered with a 50/50 mix of voice over and text-based content. 10 modules were developed with a total duration of 4 hours. Assessment questions and learning activities are used throughout the training to test user understanding. Results are logged to a training database on completion.
