The induction is an overview of the company's values, focus and direction. Instant Recall Australia incorporated 3D and 2D elements to produce an intuitive interactive experience. Around one third of the content was presented with voice over. The induction features questions and a high level of content interaction.Commander Australia was a finalist in the recent AITD awards for "Excellence in Learning Design" with this corporate induction.
