Induction Training Portfolio

Ericsson Australia had been running classroom style inductions supported by paper based materials. As a national company operating across many sites, a simpler more time effective approach was required.

Instant Recall Australia developed an induction covering sixty topics like OHS, hazard management and emergency situations. The induction takes the form of a presentation, with learning checks dispersed throughout the content. Built on time and within budget, the induction now resides on the Ericsson intranet and is used routinely to induct new employees, contractors and visitors.
